Heartworm 30C can be included in your pets health program and heartworm concerns. Heartworm disease is caused by parasites that can be transmitted by mosquitoes, feces, licking. Natural host is dogs, but can also affect cats and humans.  

RECOMMENDED DOSE with DOSING GUIDE per weight:

FOR DOGS over 100 lbs: 5 pellets given at one time is one dose.

FOR DOGS 50 lbs up to 100 lbs: 4 pellets given at one time is one dose.

FOR DOGS 10 lbs up to 50 lbs: 3 pellets given at one time is one dose.
 

FOR DOGS UNDER 10 lbs: 2 pellets given at one time is one dose.

Can put pellets on top of moist food, or use the method you normally use for giving medicine to your animal.

AT RISK / MAINTENANCE DOSE: 

Give once weekly.

EXPOSURE DOSE:

One dose daily.
