SUGGESTED DOSE: 3 pellets taken at one time is 3 pellets. Slowly chew pellets or place under tongue.

Health dose: 2 doses daily. 

Exposure dose: 3 doses daily for 2 weeks when exposed to someone ill.

Symptom dose: 3 doses daily. When improvement is made, slowly decrease dose. If symptoms return, then go back to previous dosing level. As improvement continues, continue to decrease dose to maintenance dose.
